A question about a generator or a template, a PDF that did not come out right, or a mistake on a page: write to us by email.
What to include
- The address of the page you were on and what you were trying to do.
- What happened, and the exact message the page showed, if there was one.
- For a PDF problem: the document type, the paper size and the browser you use.
- For a template: the template's name and the format you downloaded (PDF, Word or Excel).
- For a mistake in the text: the sentence, and a source if you have one.
What to leave out
Please do not send whole invoices with bank details, tax numbers or other people's personal information. A description of the problem is usually enough. If a screenshot helps, cover those parts first.
Questions about your information
The Privacy Policy explains what happens to the documents you make here and how long our server keeps them. For anything it does not answer, write to the same address. When you email us, we receive your email address and what you write, and use them to reply.
